Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Agricultural Pilot to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of Central Highlands Aerial Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch aerial crop management services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct aerial crop surveys and assessments.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments accurately using aerial application equipment.
Ensure the safety and maintenance of all aircraft and equipment.
Collaborate with agronomists and clients to optimize crop management strategies.
Maintain accurate records of flights and applications.
Qualifications:
CASA Commercial Pilot’s License with an agricultural rating.
AAAA accredited.
Minimum of 1000 hours experience as an agricultural pilot.
Proficiency in operating turbine agricultural aircraft.
Knowledge of precision agriculture technology, including GPS and drone technology.
Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work long hours during peak seasons.
Valid driver’s license.
