We are Aerial and Ground Agricultural application specialists seeking a switched on , pro-active applicant as our Operations Administrator with the opportunity for development into an Operations Manager role in time. We are based in Coleambally NSW .

Key Position requirements and roles

• Liasing with Farmers , Agronomists and Suppliers to arrange job planning
• Entering recommendations into system
• Monitoring stock with assistance from Shed administrator
• Good communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve
• Ensure our Company procedures , policies and safety protocols are complied with.
• Ensure all paperwork and maps are accurate for the Pilots and Operators
• Administer some logistics with staff and Farmers and pilots
• Excellent organizational skills
• Work with the Shed Administrator to oversee all stock is correct as per the paperwork
• Ability to work long hours and weekends in peak season
• A good work ethic and safety culture
• Pass Drug and Alcohol screening tests as required by CASA
• Agricultural background is preferrable
• Drivers Licence essential
• HR /MC Licence would be great but not essential
• Forklift Ticket- preferred but not essential training/ticket will be arranged
• ChemCert –Preferred but not essential training/ticket will be arranged
