The Fire Boss
When configured with Wipline 1000 Amphibious Floats, the AT-802F becomes an amphibious scooping single engine air tanker, known as the Fire Boss. Field Air currently operate two AT802F configured as Fire Bosses.

Powered by a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-67F turboprop on Wipaire 1000 amphibious floats. Scoops up to 3,000 litres from lakes, rivers and reservoirs in around 15 seconds, delivering repeated drops without returning to base.
