Work in Canada this 2024!

An opportunity to work in an exciting and dynamic sector in agriculture, as a specialized ground crew personnel in the ag aviation industry. Arty’s Air Service Ltd. has been in the ag aviation industry for over 45 years in Manitoba, Canada, and has expanded in the past 5 years in Northern Alberta, Canada. Arty’s Air is currently operating 9 Air Tractors.
The ground crew / mixmen’s responsibility is to load the spray plane, keep site inventory management, and help fix and maintain loading equipment. The season coincides with the Canadian farming season and would be busiest from the end of May to the beginning of October.
Must be willing to relocate within Canada during these months to work on-site.
On-the-job training provided.
Experience in mixing/loading is considered an asset but not required.

Requirements
Must be able to read and write in English
Valid driver’s licence
Hardworking, on time, and willing to learn
Mechanical skills are considered an asset
Temporary Work Visa for Canada required

Work Environment
Outdoors
Drive to different locations to work on site
Lift more than 50 lbs
Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends/holidays
Work in a team and independently
