that is necessary for one of our functions or activities.

unable to carry on our business and provide services

suppliers where we handle stock on consignment for them.
In order for you to be charged by these suppliers for
the products used, we disclose to them your trading
details, contact name and numbers together with the
amount of product(s) used.
Sometimes
we may be contacted by other businesses seeking a trade
reference for the trading accounts that you conduct
with us. We will not provide any information unless
the requesting entity can supply a signed authorisation
from you.

Field Air Group will take reasonable steps to ensure
that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses
is accurate, complete and up to date.

Field Air Group stores information in different ways,
